The ML-Implode "Trusted Firms" list is a paid listing service. Companies must pay us a monthly fee to be listed. However, it is not a paid endorsement service. Companies are evaluated by a panel of Industry Professionals and/or ML-Implode staff autonomously or for an evaluation fee, which is charged on a cost-recovery basis when firms approach us to be listed. ML-Implode is not contractually obligated to list a company which fails the evaluation, and any listing fees paid in advance are returned in such an event. ML-Implode also reserves the right to remove the company at any time should information surface that changes our opinion of them, or for any other reason, with pro-rated listing fees refunded.
