Application for joining ML-Implode's 'Trusted Firms'

ML-Implode's headlining blog, Mandelman Matters, began publishing a listing of Trusted Loan Modification firms in the Spring of 2009. These are firms that Martin Andelman would trust to "do his own loan mod," and have gone through his rigorous screening process. No one pays to be listed (other than the up-front costs of doing the review), rather firms apply and were listed after passing the review.

The Mandelman Matters "Trusted Firm" list was so popular that we decided to team up and expand the concept to ML-Implode itself. This will give the existing and new loan modification firms the opportunity to be listed on ML-Implode and dramatically increase their visibility.

ML-Implode is one of the most heavily trafficked sites on the Internet, with a US ranking of roughly 12,000, and a Google PageRank of 6. When a homeowner is searching for anything having to do with mortgages and loan modifications, it's almost impossible to miss ML-Implode.

Thousands of Consumer and Broker Loan Modification Leads have been processed through ML-Implode.

ML-Implode now introduces our searchable database of firms doing loan mods/loss mitigation. To become an ML-Implode 'Trusted Firm,' you will submit to us basic data about your company and fill out a background questionaire. Martin Andelman and/or our other panelists will then conduct a review. Should you pass, you will be given a password-protected account, which you will be able to use to customize your company's profile (including service offerings, details, photos and Logos). Consumers and businesses will find you here on our site, or you can link directly to your page from your own web site.

Our reputation as an unbiased consumer advocate and our standing with search engines will help bring your name, and your site to higher levels.

The fee per State listing is $500.00 per month. Our contract is a standard IAB Insertion Order, a sample of which can be viewed here. Total payment with initial order is $1,000.00 based upon a 30-day cancellation policy... which really means, you're all paid up for at least two months! There are no set up fees or other charges. You will be asked to submit payment after you complete the questionnaire below.

We WILL call or email you (if desired) to confirm the order below before we post it to be sure all your questions are answered. We'll work with your logos and graphics to create the best page we can within the parameters of our software. You will automatically receive a copy for your records by email of the information you supply below.
