All documents required in connection with the specific loan scenario that is run are linked directly to the engines findings. This engine is updated in a near real time manner to keep pace with all real-time changes in the market place, so that our sales people can focus on generating sales. Our dedicated in-house I.T. department also provides 24 hour tech-support to ensure that the company is always moving forward with speed and precision. FFG also provides real-time tracking/reporting for sales and operations to include all key areas of daily and monthly productivity. This acts as an invaluable tool for the continued training and development of our employees pinpointing areas of success and opportunities for improvement. We also incorporate Calyx Point as our primary Sales origination application, and utilized services such as Doc Magic and SureDocs for generating loan document packages in our Operations group.
