We specialize in FHA loans; we are a "Full Eagle Lender" that has originated billions of dollars in government loans. All of our branches are W2 employees with benefits and a 401K available to them. We also offer 24 to 48 hour turn time in underwriting with direct contact with your underwriter to help clear conditions. We handle all accounting for our branches as well as all federal, state and local compliance. We offer one simple flat fee per month as a maintenance fee, and all branch profits are credited to the branch. Key Financial Corporation is committed to growing our branch model to 100 to 150 select branches in which each branch is originating a minimum of 3MM per month to insure their profitability.
