``Myers developed the Winchester Country Club residential and golf course development, but lost those assets to foreclosure. Wachovia Bank and other lenders to the project, developed over 20 years, foreclosed on the course in late May, citing default on $61 million in debt. The banks also foreclosed on the clubhouse and 137 vacant home lots still owned by Myers at the time.''
