The Mortgage Division of Waterfield Bank is realigning our wholesale lending channel within our strategic focus.
In order to better align our business to match our capacity, our strategy of primarily focusing lending in our footprint, and to accommodate the volatile systematic market issues confronting the mortgage banking industry, we have decided to cease taking wholesale mortgage loan applications through our Marlton, NJ branch. We will therefore be closing the Marlton branch for new production effective immediately.
