the only reason any apprasier works with these scumbags is because they are MANDATED to by the lenders....or go broke,,, When the jobs market turns,,,any appraiser who is competent is going to head for the hills leaving behind the less then ethical and competent... The AMC's had about 10-12% of the business before they were mandated into there scheme by Cuemo and his campaign donation machine.... What a sham....
