That means Trump, under penalty of perjury, will have to disclose more information about his charitable organization than he ever has before.

First, among other things, the foundation must show whether its officers, directors and personnel have ever been fined or penalized from soliciting contributions or have been found to have engaged in unlawful practices.

Second, it has to provide the names and addresses of professional fund raisers, fund raising counsels and commercial co-venturers who are acting on behalf of the organization.
