With all the banks and mortgagers going bankrupt, due to fraudulent and criminal practices designed to line their pockets and screw the consumer, i have to ask WHAT ABOUT ME?????? I am paid a year ahead on my mortgage, and three mmonths ahead on all of my other bills, but now i will be forced to pay higher taxes to pay for the debts of a lot of people who got into houses they could never afford - nd the government seems hell bent on designing new programs to let them stay in their mcmansions like offering to rrefinance them and force the banks to take 10% off of the price of the loan. I'd love to have someone reduce my mortgage by 10%!!! Here's a thought, maybe someone could paass a law that says for everyone one of us in good standing, the mortgager has to automatically cut 1% off the cost of all loans, without refinancing, just drop mine from 5.5 to 4.5 and i'd save hundreds a month Permalinkadd a comment | go to forum thread Note: Comments may take a few minutes to show up on this page.
