How about the fact that they DO NOT have the power to help those Option ARMS that are soon to hit the airwaves...many of those loans fall above the FHA limit...and after calls to increase that limit..FHA has fallen short...once again the goverment is going to be two steps behind reality...get the popcorn folks it going to be a great movie..
