Messing around with appealing to these soulless corporation's sense of decency is a waste of time. They don't understand the difference between kindness & weakness. I say carry thru the investigations & prosecutions with absolutely no mercy. If putting their feet to the fire doesn't work PUT THEM TO THE SWORD. What they felt was acceptable for their borrowers is good enough for them. They won't honor a few careless 'promises'. Only a solid criminal judgment will get their attention & their action.
