Sadly..Florida is a nightmare...what I found interesting in the article is that the realtor is stating that investors and buyers are purchasing these homes..thinking it cheaper than renting or is a cash cow..what these people do not understand is that they are purchasing homes that in the near future will be the ghettos of the county..I would not buy these homes for any reason in the world...good luck collecting your rents and living there...
