I had a colleague that had done loan modifications in 2008 and made 160k doing it. Do you know how many loans he modified? -0- ZERO. Put these guys in jail too. When you have a resource full of Auditors, CPA's and Attorney's, no one works for free. If they did we would all still be bartering.
