We were contacted by HLC President John Butcherine, who provided us with the following:

"Our loan officers have been paid up to date and we hold a good relationship with our current staff of loan officers. The cases mentioned originated from "independent branches" and is no way a reflection of our corporate offices..."

Your comment is not true John. You have in fact NOT paid commissions to company registered L.O.'s in late 2007 and 2008 with compliant files. Your "corporate" phone lines have been disconnected many times and it seems you have been robbing Peter to pay Paul for some time now.

Please try to at least be honest with those you legitimately owe money to and stop avoiding your financial obligations.

This is a hard time for everyone, at least try keep your dignity and your manhood. Permalink

Ive been working for HLC for 5 years and I can tell you that the ownership is one of the most fair and honest around. I used to work for an independent branch and I know that they are all run off a profit and loss. If the branch incurs attorneys fees because of its actions then HLC has a right to "offset" these fees. Express Loans you should read your contract, you sound like a distraught former employee who has nothing better to do then to bash a solid and fair company. I really enjoy working here and the people are really nice. Permalink
