If Aaron is right (inflation & deflation together) call it deinflation. Not really such a stretch from stagflation. Nobody thought that was possible either & now it is history. California is leading the way according to Stoneleigh. The state is paralyzed due to foolish financial decisions & mandated budget items. If the state's massive economy crashes down it could take the world with it. With it's credit tipping over into junk territory borrowing is now out of the question for the state.
