That was in part because the baby boomers needed places to live (I mean the babies before I get beat) and that is why rent to own is right around the corner............. :oops: (butts in houses :wink: ) either that or they do what they are doing in Cleveland and Detroit, just bulldoze the property into the ground, now that asset is not only toxic BUT HAS DISAPPEARED...........
