"“It’s just another blow to an already depressed real estate market,” Norm Miller, CoStar’s vice president of analytics, said yesterday in a telephone interview from San Diego. “The best thing you can do if you’re in real estate in this area is bide your time, don’t panic and don’t try to sell in this environment.”"

what kind of advice is that - GET OUT NOW...............sell if you can.........your nice oceanfront house or one even 1 mile from the water is in a toxic gas smelling atmosphere. People are getting sick off the fumes, my friends in Ft. Walton beach say the oil isn't even there (tar balls) but the stench is sickening.............you always want to live in a gas station parking lot, right? there ball park on the real estate loss in 5 states is horribly low. so it only last 2-4 years like predicted...............H.......E.......L......L.....O....this mess is going to get way way worse before any good comes................way way worse........
