the manufacturers that I know are stopping dead,

they has an okay year last year, (drank some kool-aid)

NO ONE HIRED A PERMANENT EMPLOYEE, they were getting some of that trickle down 25 trillion, but that money IS GONE....you might see some people fixing up the home THEY ARE STAYING IN but most companies and people I survey are just frozen and waiting.

Anyone buying a home as the home values are still in chainsaw freefall is crazy unless it is the home you have had your eye on for a decade and will die it in.

What other asset would you buy while values are sinking???

No one knows what shoe falls next. The higher taxes, the higher healthcare costs, the higher bank fees and next is energy - the people and manufacturers are FROZEN. Permalink
