good article all the way to the last paragraph but this is totally out of our hands by now, no one from the government to the banks to the media have given a darn about helping these people they haven't cared about the foreclosures before, those were the smawl people who were all too dumb to read their documents (not my opinion). so the banks took trillions from the taxpayer to save their banks while they were trashing the borrowers for being dumb...............that's okay, another year of this unemployment and the foreclosures that go with it and the banks won't be paying this much to dump the foreclosures, someone will do that for a lot less than this 'car expert' is charging. I worked for Alliance Mortgage for a short time in the 80s until I realized their REO department was the only department growing and origination department was shrinking...............Owens Corning owned us............. Chase is laughing as they foreclose on all their ' bad' loans, jokes on them though, once property falls 65% of what it was, ALL LOANS will be bad and there won't be a Chase to laugh...............
