 A great and highly important article about gold-to-silver ratios.  There is not just one, and the 15:1 price ratio you've heard of may be the least relevant.  For example the "mineable" silver:gold ratio in the earth's crust is estimated to be 6:1.   At today's gold prices it is thus easy to image $250/oz silver.
