Deflation American Style

If the plan is to muddle-through, it sure ain't workin'. Of course, around here, we never expected the every-man-for-himself USA to pull off the kind of slow deflation/stagnation that hive-brain Japan managed. Nor do we think that approach is particularly worth emulating. The point here: it will be (is) different -- plan accordingly.
