Since many loans are securitized with multiple owners of these notes

the flipper will eventually( one yr?) walk or short sell,(if they can).

The result is vacant houses with renters in turmoil... Note that luxury

apts are having to "eat it". Pretty soon some of those will be at Auction!! Permalink
