"Dallas-based homebuilder Centex will pull out of Colorado next spring, becoming the third big-name homebuilder to cease operations here.
Centex follows Beazer Homes, which in June said it would leave the state in October, and Neumann Homes, which in November filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. "
