I don't think Chuck Schumer has to quake in his boots worrying about the California Attorney General's office. Regardless of how great a lawyer Attorney General Jerry Brown is, the lawyer staff of the California Attorney General's office is notorious for being slow, timid, inept and all around mediocre in terms of lawyering skills.
