US-Iraq troop deal "crushing defeat" for Bush

Iraq breaking free from US control in striking troop deal and statements; possibly because it is noticing the US's waning ability to control or enforce anything around the world. Note also that the agreement has just been drafted; it is still unlikely to pass due to resistence from shiites (who think it isn't anti-occupation enough). This is now a dramatically different world than it was pre-August 2007.
