Go Magic Beans! SIPC’s Gonna Get TARP’d

I’d say the stars are aligned for another bailout. The Gazette has been scolding Madoff’s victims for their naïveté: "In real life, you shouldn’t sell the cow for the magic beans." However, there’s a natural savior for all those Madoff investors, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation, or SIPC. There’s only a couple of little difficulties preventing them from making everyone whole in the scandal, but these aren’t insurmountable.
