Whenever money is to be had whether in stocks, credit cards or mortgages money rules. It has gotten so bad that it makes you wonder if Obama can really clean it up. I think that this Madoff thing has the potential to really finish the US as the major financial center. The gross lack of enforcement gives the lie to the orthodoxy which has our markets as the fairest & best regulated in the world. I think we can kiss those rivers of foreign money goodbye.
