I was at the Inman Real Estate Connect conference in New York all week. I had the great opportunity to hear Dr. Robert Shiller speak as well as see this panel which featured Barry Ritholtz of The Big Picture and Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist of the NAR. The video is 42 minutes, but it was a great discussion. It includes Yun telling the audience he was wrong about his predictions, which was refreshing."
