Big government either created or made worse every problem we have today. Yet Time Magazine and free lunch proponents like Krugman propose an even bigger government is necessary to fix the enormous problems of an already too big government.
Obama for his part, is listening to this madness. If that does not scare you, nothing will.

There's way too many people (me included) that saw McCain as Bush III, and if you've really payed attention to the past 8 years, they really didn't want another 4 years of it. From 2000-2006 you had a Republican Presidency, Congress and SCOTUS. They didn't do shit. Krugman today talks about something that Barry Ritholtz talked about before the election. Republican Presidents do shit for job creation. Bush II had 10 months where he matched Clinton's (thank God I don't have to put a I after that!) average. That was the best Bush could do, make Clinton's average. Complain all you want, but the gap between those that have and those that don't have keeps growing, even though somehow you think the government's doing the opposite.
