In the face of losses of some 30% in 2008, GoldenTree Asset Management is now seeing investors requesting to withdraw their money. Only one problem - GoldenTree is only letting investors receive their funds back in the form of securities and not cash. Via their listing on our ailing/watch list, we'll be keeping an eye on GoldenTree in this game of "hedge fund hardball."
