The judge essentially ruled that identities of posters/informants have to be given up, even if the alleged false/defamatory nature of the information has not been established through full due process.
The rather puzzling order has been appealed to the NH Supreme Court.
(Oh, by the way, this is very much not NOT an April Fool's joke.)
