New Hampshire Judge Orders ML-Implode To Divulge Identities of Anonymous Posters

The judge essentially ruled that identities of posters/informants have to be given up, even if the alleged false/defamatory nature of the information has not been established through full due process.

The rather puzzling order has been appealed to the NH Supreme Court.
