A victim of foreclosure is usually going to be someone that respects property and will be good to any landlord. They just got overextended or something happened they could not overcome. Wise landlords will be happy to get such people because they know someone like that is going to be stuck renting for years, and that means they dont have to keep looking for new tenants. To me it makes sense. I just hope that there are some people that are facing a foreclosure, read this comment and see that they need not, necessarily, have to be foreclosed on. There are options check out the site I hope you can find one on it to save you from foreclosure. If not, at least you know you will be able to find housing even after the foreclosure now. William J.
