The news of PNCs decision to pull the plug on National Citys Warehouse Lending division came out in mid-March, but the complete shutdown wont occur yet for months. Contracts will expire, clients are being given time to locate other funding sources - but the fact remains... an icon of warehouse lending now has its days numbered.
