New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo intends to charge Charles Schwab Corp with civil fraud over its marketing and sales of auction rate securities (ARS), Cuomo's office said.
Schwab, the largest U.S. online brokerage, denied the allegations, saying they were "without merit."
