"Haldeman, 60, who stepped down last month as chairman of mutual-funds company Putnam Investments, will likely begin his new job in August, McLean, Virginia-based Freddie Mac said in a statement today. Interim CEO John Koskinen, 70, will return to his previous role as non-executive chairman."
