They can rent cheaply or buy the same house they owe 400,000 on for 200,000 across the street - they aren't dumb. This is why these retarded little cash for clunkers, refrigerators AND first time homebuyer plans are doomed to fail and waste precious tax dollars. Until this administration starts drilling for oil and putting people to work in energy and not sending billions around the world to buy oil (WHICH WE STILL NEED NO MATTER HOW MUCH AL GORE TRIES TO SHOVEL THE GREEN WAY UP OUR BUTTS) WE WILL FAIL we have food and energy abundance in this great nation and these fools are putting the food in the cars and leaving the oil in the ground............while every other nation needs food and oil.............those are commodities that we have and are wasting................ the boomers and some gen Xers are not going to REBUBBLE HOUSING NO MATTER HOW MUCH BARRY AND BERNEKE BEG THEM TOO we will not return to profit until we use our food and oil..................
