We've learned that loan 'solicitors' who had been working for Windsor Capital Mortgage in the State of Hawaii for the past couple of months may have unwittingly been practicing without the benefit of a properly licensed Broker, which according to Hawaiian authorities can invalidate all mortgages written/funded within certain timeframes.
