This is intolerable. Now the rule is being established that if it's bad news we will suppress it. Another end run around the sovereignty of the people of the country. Another nail in the coffin of our country's experiment in Democracy. If the news is important GOOD OR BAD the people have a right to know. We citizens are not just a cash cow for the rich & the politicians. Now we have to look to the courts; I hope our trust in them is not misplaced.
