Last August with about a 12% REDUCTION THE INVESTORS WERE STILL GLOATING AND HAPPILY BUYING. I think with another 43% or so drop in values the investors will be get it and be gone if they aren't now. AFTER THE DEPRESSION HOUSING DID NOT COME BACK UNTIL THE EARLY 50s WHEN THE BABY BOOM STARTED......I think housing will not be an investment for maybe 15-16 more years........
