Nevada records First Fully-licensed Loan Mod Firm

All Vegas Foreclosure Prevention in Las Vegas Nevada has become the first fully licensed and Bonded Company in the State of Nevada to conduct loan modifications, license #3288. Nevada recently required Loan Modification companies to be bonded, which resulted in many operations being shut down.

The Mortgage Lending Division has released a list of companies whose licenses are pending, and these companies are also allowed to conduct business while certain background checks are completed. 31 companies in total made the list successfully.
