" A Fort Lauderdale-based investment group has acquired the defaulted mortgage of the 117-unit Terra Beachside Villas in Miami Beach from Regions Bank.The Birmingham, Ala.-based bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit against developer Terra Beachside Villas in December 2008 over a mortgage last modified at $46.4 million. The building, at 6000 Collins Ave., is about 95 percent complete."
