" The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency reminds current homeowners facing foreclosure and those looking to purchase a home that, for those who qualify, the agency can be an important resource for assistance. Many of Indiana County's homeowners are facing financial hardships due to today's challenging economic times,'' says Brian A. Hudson, Sr., executive director for PHFA, in a press release. ``People are continuing to lose their jobs and others will soon see their unemployment benefits expire. The financial burden of a mortgage payment only adds to the stress and during these difficult times, people shouldn't have to worry about losing their homes.''"
