"Mississippi Valley Title Insurance Company filed the affidavit of Brad Jones in the bankruptcy case of Chris Evans on November 17. The affidavit provides the testimony of Brad Jones, an employee of MVT who provides specific details on how the Charles Evans, Jr. and Chris Evans allegedly perpetuated a fraud upon Mississippi Valley Title and many banks. Mississippi Valley also reveals that claims in excess of $41 million have been filed against it by affected lenders."
