" For some, the slogan "practice makes perfect" is a motto of encouragement to try again, try harder and achieve perfection. For Bank of America, it should be taken as a strong hint to try and do the right thing the first time, not to try and find a better way to seize the wrong house and then attempt to abstain from any recognizable responsibility. It should be, but it's not."

This points out the fact that corporate status itself needs to be re examined. Now we have even more convincing evidence that a corporation has far more rights than a mere individual. This is deeply offensive to anyone who believes in the country & what it stands for. The anti American policies of the Megabanks played out in broad strokes in Washington & in the markets are more serious but they don't hit home like these outrages against individual American citizens. Actually there is somewhat of a remedy; Piercing the corporate veil allows for the prosecution of the real people hiding behind the corporation for their acts. Should be a no brainer for any prosecutor with a pair of cahunes (or political ambitions). Permalink
