What the chart is saying is; the Republicans ruined the country (in partnership with Wall St). It's not so bad for them though; they are well on the way towards blaming it all on the Democrats. The end result will be the same. The government's back is nearly broken; there is not much more they can do. This is the real source of the Tea Party, a grass roots tax rebellion. It's not fair for the Democrats to be stuck trying to fix the unfixable but that's life. Someone has to try.
