As a Wholesale Account Executive of the Southern California market for many years I worked for one of the few Companies which requested Legal Documentation for immigration status in our Country. Can't tell you how many times I heard from Broker's that So and So Bank does not ask for documentation if the "box" on the Application for Citizenship on the 1003 is checked. So just how many people were buying homes that did not qualify for them? hmmmmmmmmm? How many have foreclosed? No stats on THAT is there! Permalink
