"A Lodi woman faces federal charges of mail fraud, conspiracy and making false statements in a mortgage scheme that resulted in $5.5 million worth of home foreclosures. Tracy Painter, 50, was released on $100,000 bond posted Tuesday afternoon by her parents, according to federal court records. She was one of 10 people indicted last week by a federal grand jury.
