4 states that ramp up their already horrible foreclosures and 4 states that put huge numbers on the unemployed rolls will double or triple already 'Depression era' unemployment, sadly this is the fire under the burner of the start-up of the Depression. It will speed up everything. A couple of the biggest banks have said they will freeze foreclosures but that doesn't seem fair to the borrowers in other states who are unemployed for other reasons than oil.
