THOSE PROFITS were what fueled our industry, employed all our people and those 384 companies that are now closed...............that was our profit and people were employed and the government called us out,

NATIONALIZATION...........that is when government takes over the industry and makes the profit..........and little clerks run around doing the 30 year vanilla, fill in the blank loans....................FHA will handle the bad ones..........N..E...X...T...

same game, same profit but the government didn't buy us out, they shut us down...........sent us to the benches and now the union guys will have our jobs............

just give it about 8 more months until Fannie Corp. hits the street with the best mortgage deal in the land.................poof, they have it all and we hardly whimpered (and banks think they are going to share in the profit :roll: )

AND those builders like Centex (disclaimer: at one time managed a CTX branch) they had a monopoly,

and now since the government almost owns all the property --ahem....who do you think they will let do the mortgage, you :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: or force those people to go to Fannie Corp. Yeah, you are starting to see the big picture now, aren't you??

amen amen........As reality beat me over the head my positive is that I have spent 3 years getting my life as UNdependent on others as I can. Creativity is what I knew would disappear in the business as it was CONSUMED by the government. For decades if you worked hard and were very creative IT WAS REWARDED. I know a few of you still are lucky to be in that situation, but overall those talents in government entities are not appreciated and worse yet, are suspect. I know. Permalink
