Of course they don't help. Insurance exists to ALWAYS get the premium & NEVER pay the claim. That's been their business model for centuries. This is most of what's wrong with our health care system. Wherever for profit insurers show their face people waste good money on bogus promises. Just look at all the TV adds for personal injury attorneys.
